Will this block low frequency radio waves? I'm being attacked by the people in the flat below me!

Many people reckon it blocks wifi. See examples om YouTube. You can test it for yourself if you get an EMF meter. Also get some shungite on your body such as a pendant and an orgonite pyramid in your room.

Hi is this safe on the skin/to touch?

Yes as it specifically says it can be used for clothes. I have it on my bed and often sleep with it touching my bare skin. Feels a bit like silk!
