The thought of having this product on my laptop fills me with confidence as it’s very well made. You won’t be disappointed with the quality and how easy it is to use.

Easy to install and works like a charm. Just be prepared for the fact that once it’s on, it’s on! So you may need to buy an iPad case with a hole in the back of it to account for this (that’s what I did, anyway!)

I originally gave this product 1 star, detailing a problem with the adhesive locking plate, and returning it to Amazon. The company, AboveTEK, was superbly helpful, sending me a free replacement. I have fitted the replacement iPad Security Cable to my MacBook Air and it is absolutely, completely rock solid - there was obviously simply a 'once off' issue with the 3M adhesive pad and I am confident that my MacBook Air is now well protected by this impressive, easy to use and great looking security cable. I was looking for a portable security solution for my staff and I intend to order this cable for all my staff devices, when I place my next business order. Not only would I fully recommend the product, but the Customer Service Dept. at the company is excellent and very professional, inspiring confidence in the company and the product.

I purchased this for my PS5 and it works great. I was a bit unsure as to whether the lock would be the correct size as you can get nano Kensington Locks but this fits perfectly. It's given me extra piece of mind with owning one. The PS5 has the slot on the top rear for anyone wondering. No need to use the sticky pad that came with it. You just slot the bar end into the Kensington hole on the PS5 and turn the key to lock, then release the key. I already have a wall anchor behind my unit which my TV is attached to using a specialist lock I found elsewhere. This loops on it's own wire and then back to the PS5 through that anchor. If someone really wants to take it they could but the idea is to stop opportunists. They'd also severely damage the device when attempting to take it and I'd sooner have them break it beyond repair than have it. It's really simple to use and I'm very happy indeed. Cost wise is perfect for that added level of security.

Fits perfectly and gives the reassurance your laptop isn't going to be pinched. Cable is long enough to wrap around a fixed table legs or other point.

The cable is quite long which makes it easier to find something to attach it to. There are duplicates of several parts, including two keys. The wire attachment can fit either into a standard security lock (e.g. in a laptop) or into pad that is adhesively stuck to the back of the equipment. I used this with a tablet and was pleased to see that two are provided. The adhesive pad was very quick and effective to install and seems very securely attached.

Using this to secure a tablet being used to take payments at events and very impressed with the locking mechanism and overall quality of the product. There is plenty of cable to secure it to the table and doesn’t get in the way of the stand that the tablet sits into. Using the keys supplied this easily unlocks from the tablet and easily packs away back into the tablet case even with the fastener attached to the tablet.

Lo compré para el recién estrenado Mac Mini M1 y que no trae agujero kensington para candados. Este pack aparte del propio candado, lleva dos piezas de metal (esto es importante, hay otros packs que llevan estas piezas pero de plástico, por lo que con un poco de palanca, se puede sacar el candado) con un adhesivo extrafuerte que se pegan al aparato en cuestión y que es donde se engancha el candado. En mi caso, en un lateral del mac mini ha quedado perfecto. Claro está que si alguien se lo quiere llevar, lo hará de un modo u otro, pero por lo menos, ponerlo difícil. Este pack sirve para cualquier cosa, ya que las piezas metálicas adhesivas le dan una versatilidad increíble (Ordenadores, teléfonos, tablets, o cualquier cosa susceptible de ser robada)

Erst wollte ich es zurückschicken, weil mein Laptop sowas nicht hatte und ich davon keine Ahnung habe. Wollte es halt vor Ort ausprobieren. Aber jegwehige andere Lösung wäre genauso beruhigend - befriedigend. Also Laptop Schuld. -- Kleber hält Bombe, mehrfahr gezwirnter Draht ist stabil, das andere Ende um Tischbein gewickelt. Für ein Diebstahl im Öffentlichen Raum ist es definitiv sicher. Außer er hat ein Seitenschneider mit.

Me gusta el adhesivo aunque como lo pegas en las tapas de la computadora no me animé a probar si aguantaba un halón. Creo que tal vez salga volando la tapa de mi lap antes que la cadena o el candado. Pero en general buen producto!
