KNZ True Wireless Earphones (Black)

I got these earbuds from KNZ and I have had problems with them since I got them. The units worked well for about a month and a half. Then the USB charging port fell into the casing and rendered the system totally useless since I could not charge the earbuds. I tried contacting KNZ, but they were responsive at all. So, I just returned the entire usystem back to their Atlanta PO Box address.A few weeks later, I received a replacement system. That one worked for about a week and then the earbuds could not retained a charge for more than 10-15 minutes, seriously. I contacted KNZ one again and told them about the issue with the system. That was two (2) months ago and I have heard nothing back. Stay away from these earbuds.
