USA Pan Bakeware Cookie Sheet, Warp Resistant Nonstick Baking Pan, Made in the USA from Aluminized Steel, Large Set of 2

Would give 6 stars if possible. Bought this second set after the wife raved about how well they baked and how well they released her cookies. First set purchased in 2019 and the second in early 2020 after her "holiday bakes". She bakes hundreds of dozens of cookies during the holiday season (yep, hundreds of dozens!) and she's had to "tap a cookie on the side a little" a few times to get one or two to release and even that's a rare occasion. She bakes another couple of hundred dozen throughout the year, so literally thousands and thousands of cookies have already passed over these pans and they're still nearly like new except for some discoloration that hasn't had any affect on how well they work. Roasted vegis on these slide right off (even sticky stuff like yams) and clean-up is as simple as a wipe down with a soapy dishcloth. Absolutely amazing! Just don't use a scrubbie sponge on them like I did on one or you'll be facing someone's wrath, if you know what I mean.

These pans are fantastic. I was skeptical at first, never having heard of this brand. But after going through high end name brands and not being satisfied I thought I would give them a try. Cookies come out awesome. Never too dark on the bottom. Nothing sticks to these pans. They wash up so easily. I would definitely recommend getting those pans. 5 stars!

I LOVE these. Things I usually bake on parchment paper, I don't have to with this. Everything I have made has cooked so well with these. It is an investment. I looked at the price and was considering picking a cheaper option but wanted to see how spending more money on an AMERICAN made product would impact me. It was so worth it. I want to buy the whole line of the company. Now, it is not dishwasher safe. My teenage son has put it in the dishwasher already (argh) but it was a ok. They explain why you shouldn't put it in the dishwasher so I have not apart from that. I also bent the heck out of it. So one pan sits off but a little bit of banging on it helped fix the problem so that was impressive. Seriously, just invest the little bit extra on these and it will save your food and money down the line.

Yes, it's great for baking pizzas as well as cookies. Ever since I bought a pizza steel, I made pizzas from scratch. But my biggest issue was cleaning the pizza steel. To bake a pizza with this cookie sheet, I spread olive oil over the surface, put dough on top and pressed it to my desired shape on the sheet. After adding the sauce and toppings, I would place it on the rack above the pizza steel (not directly on the steel), bake at a pre-heated oven at 450F for 12-13 minutes, take the pizza out of the oven, remove the rack above the pizza steel, then slide the cooked pizza directly on the pizza steel and crisp the bottom for 2-3 minutes. Pull it out of the oven and let it rest on a cooling rack for 5-7 minutes. Then cut into slices and eat. The pizza steel doesn't get dirty using this method compared to the traditional method. Plus, this cookie sheet releases the baked pizza easily on the pizza steel to achieve a crispy crust. If you use a pizza steel or stone, try this method and see for yourself.

Love this cookie sheet! This is the second one I've purchased. It bakes super evenly.

Love these pans, work great and is very easy to clean

Pretty heavy duty, appears to the same as manufacture as William Sonoma’s house brand but not in tacky gold coloring and half the price. Nicely folded and rolled corners and sides add to the heft as-well-as the dead space built into the pan. The coating is amazing at first but I suspect it will fade with time even though I only hand wash my cookware. Hope I’m proved wrong. Overall far better option than Calphalon and make in the US to boot which is important to me when I have the choice. I will purchase the 14” pizza tray and 2 ore of this item once the Christmas season is over. Subtract one star because I cannot account for future performance. I would recommend this product.

I've only used three to bake cookies once but they do baked potatoes and other savory things great as well.

Too expensive yet there’s little scratch here and there when I first opens the package

Purchase/Use: I bought this pan for my wife last Christmas, who very frequently bakes open-pan rolls, cheese biscuits, and occasionally cookies (and who is collaborating on this review). Earlier that year, we misplaced our double-walled aluminized Cake Boss baking sheet that she adored. After several batches of biscuits and rolls where my wife struggled with over-cooked bottoms and/or undercooked tops, I went hunting for a good replacement pan. I couldn't find an identical replacement for her pan, so after some research settled on this one (18"x14"...see picture of 1-year old pan in oven, for scale). No more over-cooked bottoms! My wife still loves this pan a year later. She says it is at least as good if not better than her previous pan. Non-Stick Feature: The non-stick feature is so good on these pans, that every so often, with enough tilt (doesn't take much), a whole pan of rolls or biscuits will make a break for freedom. The pan has an upper ribbed surface, but is only uni-directional, so you have to watch the tilt of the pan from side to side. The cheese in cheese biscuits or sugar in cinnamon rolls will stick slightly, but only takes a little nudge to set it loose and sliding down the pan. *Our pan still releases baked goods with ease a year later, after regular use. The pan is stained slightly (see photo), but that is to be expected with a pan you do not want to scrub hard. Full marks!

It is very much none stick, just a wipe with a cloth and it's clean and whilst it states warp resistant, it's not warp proof! Mine warped when used!
