I purchased this for postpartum Sitz baths. The scent is very nice and not too strong. It dissolves well into the water. And I like that it is a good sized bag so I will have plenty to use several times over and over. The Sitz baths have been tremendously helpful with postpartum recovery. Relaxing in a shallow bathtub of warm water with about 1/4 cup of this mixture relaxes me and allows for better healing!

Wonderful product! Brought to the hospital with me to use after delivery. Really enjoyed using this postpartum sitz bath salt. I found it to be very soothing and therapeutic also very helpful with being moisturizing for the skin and great aroma. Wish it came in a bag with a higher quantity also instructions on the product such as how much to use would be nice and possibly if a scoop or such was included in the bag would be a nice touch.Highly recommend!

I used this in a sitz bath for postpartum recovery and it helped me heal faster than anything else! It also smells really nice and was just such a relief. I now use it for my sons baths after he gets vaccinations to relieve any soreness from the shots.

I have no idea if this helped with my recovery more than just using regular epsom salt or warm water, but it smelled really good and put me in a good mood just from that alone. I was sad when it was empty because it smelled so good. I probably won’t keep buying it though since it’s pretty expensive for how much you are getting.

Seven days postpartum and I was exhausted and in pain. Every muscle in my body was sore... I took a break from my new baby and laid in the bathtub for 45 minutes... I was invigorated! It was like it jumpstarted the healing process. I felt, not only refreshed, but relieved... like a weight had been lifted from my body. I know other reviews said this product was overrated or too expensive, but I felt it was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

I swear by this for postpartum baths. I'm super sensitive to smells and my skin is sensitive as well and this works well with both my issues. Help alleviate the pains that follow a new baby.
