Gordan Ratcheting Grabber, Reaching Aid Pick Up Tool Glass Clamp Sewer Garbage Tongs with LED Light Magnet

I tested this "grabber" and the grabber, light, magnet and folding features worked fine. The very first time that I tried to get a roll of tissue from a high shelf, the handle collapsed and all the wires came apart. It does not appear to be fixable, so I've contacted the seller and have not heard back yet. I would not purchase this model again - would stick with something more basic that does not fold.

This is one very poorly designed and consructed piece of equipment. I couldn't even pick up a plastic, empty 12 ounce glass. Shaft would just bend all the way, would not hold anything. I will be returning this for credit along with the other two items that appear to have to be returned through Kohl's.
