This is a superior design in pull buoys. You can adjust the flotation by adding water, which I don't do, but you can if its part of your training. The flotation is better than the standard foam buoy - it really keeps your legs up and horizontal and that makes it a much better swim tool for stroke and alignment work than the foam version. Once you use this a few times, you will never want to use your old foam buoy again.

This tool is really great for improving swim form. Very versatile, supports different kinds of drills since it can be used full, half full, or empty. Seller is great, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I love my Eney Buoy. Being able to manipulate the amount of resistance by adding or decreasing the amount of water weight is such a bonus.

Best buoy on the market...longevity, cleanliness. Weighs 7 pounds when full of water, and it is fast and light when it is empty. Good for early season training, mid season and tapering workouts. It also mimic the changing sea. Great for open water preparation
