Soft pillowy goodness
These are very nice, soft and taste good. They aren't over sweet, but still satisfy my sugar cravings. It's always great to find daifuku that is fresh enough to be like eating a pillowy treat. Many daifuku arrive hard or dry.I have also found some brands end up tasting very artificial, or have next to no filling. This tastes like mochi and sweet bean and has a good balance of filling. Exactly as advertised. The price is also great. Ten years ago I was paying a few dollars more to get this much. It's one of the few treats in my life that's gotten me expensive.

Fresh, smaller with red bean
These are incredibly fresh, I didn’t expect the consistency to be so fluffy/soft and it was the perfect size. When I’ve purchased them before from other companies, they were much larger but I like this much more. My batch arrived perfect and all were really tasty and delightful.

Not too Sweet
I was in Japan this year when I found this type of treat. Glad I found some here on Amazon. I really like mainly because they are not too sweet.

Good but I prefer something else
This is a good product, it was very fresh, and the price was certainly good. I did eat them all in just 2 days, but I probably won't order again. A number of years ago a Japanese restaurant we went to frequently had a very good red bean paste dessert. It was a solid gel of red bean paste, I don't know what else they mixed into it, but it was just a solid red gel paste that we loved and would order every time we went. So, although this is a good product and I enjoyed the taste and texture, I'll keep looking for something else.

Ordered twice and got different things
I loved these the first time I got them, and they were different than when I ordered them the second time. The first ones didn’t have the little paper cups, but the mochi was sooo soft and stretchy and yummy that I ordered more (same listing from the same seller). The second order arrived today and I was so excited to have another… but this time they were different. They had the green paper cups that everyone shows in their photos but they were a lot more dense and thick, not squishy and stretchy like the other box. I did not like second box for this reason and the taste seemed a little different

Good mochi
Very good mochi. Overall texture is an acquired taste, but freezing it helps.

Not even Red Bean paste, dangerous bits of Fig Pits
I did not get what I ordered. I've had these several times before, I know the taste of red bean. It's rich, it's the perfect melt in your mouth sweetness, it's practically like a delicacy in your mouth, it's amazing. And this was not red bean paste. Not only was the mochi aspect of it incorrect, an off color, overly gelatinous mess leaving you choking in flour from the amount placed on it, but the filling wasn't what I ordered either, there was no red bean paste, there was some kind of garbage, choppy, cheap fig type filling, with skins filling the inside, and a piece of fig pit that nearly broke my senior father's tooth! This was supposed to be a nice Father's Day gift, as we both love red bean products, and have for awhile, and all I got was a disgusting mess of absolute garbage. I will not be ordering from this manufacturer again, because this sub par quality is absolutely shameful.
