I absolutely love this product and I wish I hadn't stopped taking it. I'm back to taking 1 a day in the morning and it's helped so much. If your stomach is sensitive, you may need to take it at night before bed. At first it started making kinda queezy if I didn't take it with food.

I take this twice a day along with several other supplements to help with my anxiety disorder. It's not a miracle pill. But it does help! Helps me feel closer to normal closer to what I felt before I developed this disorder.

I have taken it for awhile. I feel good and my labs are better.
