We bought two tablets for our girls. One tablet’s screen was faulty from the start. We exchanged with no problem. That was resolved with no issues. The problem that we have dealt with is difficulty downloading certain apps. It looks like a software/developer problem. One tablet allows certain apps to download while the other tablet won’t. Very bizarre.

I dislike how easy it is to break, overall my daughter loves it and easy to use. She loves playing games and learning. Doing ABC math. I love that she can use it for so many things and have the parent controls so I can monitor everything she does.

Tablet was used and not the right color.
