Great Little Radio!
I just realized I've owned this radio for over 5 years now with no issues and wanted to write a positive review. It takes up little to no space under our kitchen cabinet, sounds great, gets good reception and the Bluetooth is seamless. The buttons are tiny but so is the radio.

Great little radio.
Easy to use, works like a regular radio. Signal comes in better than the radio in the car! We’re not allowed to drill into our cabinets (military housing) so we just set it up on a shelf. Volume gets really loud, if you like that. I love it.

Excellent reception/audio quality
I got this to replace an older under-cabinet radio because the one I had previously did not receive radio stations well at all. I chose this model because it has an external antenna wire, not an antenna buried within the power cord. I really think that made all the difference. After installing the unit, I used some rounded cable brad staples to secure the antenna wire along the back edge of my kitchen cabinet, going up. That gets me great reception on 7 favorite stations with no static, unlike my old unit.PROS:-as above, excellent radio reception. Unit is small, slim, easy to install. Easy to operate. Audio quality is above average. Decent bass response given such a small/slim unit. Bluetooth works well and it is easy to establish a connection.CONS:-display is not visible if you are looking down at it; you have to stoop to see what it says. If you are eye level with it, it's great, but unless you are 4 feet tall or have really tall kitchen cabinets that isn't going to happen.-You can't scroll back and forth among your saved radio stations. Once you've entered them, all you can do is cycle through them one way. If you go past, you have to keep pressing the button through all 20 presents (whether saved or not) until it comes around again.-Tuning is a little weird. If you press and hold the tune button, it will rapidly cycle to the next station it finds and then will stop. If you are trying to dial in a particular station, this is annoying. You have to keep briefly but repeatedly/rapidly pressing the tune + button to continually advance the frequency without stopping at stations along the way to get to the one you want.NEUTRAL:-there is a small LED light that you can turn on to light up the area under the radio, but it's too small to be of much use.-The unit has the ability to hold two AA batteries for a battery backup in case the power goes out or you unplug the unit. But all that you lose is the time. not your preset stations, so I elected to not install the batteries--I'd be more worried about them eventually leaking and ruining the unit. It's simple enough to reset the time if the power has gone out.Overall impression: an excellent radio at a great price. It has a couple of quirks, but delivers in the areas that were most important to me: reception and audio quality.

Good concept but does not quite get there
Pros:CompactSound quality is decent. (Remember this is going into your kitchen)Bluetooth gives you great flexibilityAntenna wire superior to the power cord antennas on many radiosInstallation is pretty simpleCons:The operating buttons are microscopicThe writing on the buttons is even smallerTuning in stations is a pain. It stops each time it finds a station. There is no way to keep going by holding down the button. Each time it stops you have to release the button and press it again.Setting up pre-sets is time consuming and the device does not always act as described. At one point I had to call support and the guy walked through a reset which meant I had to start over.Using the 20 presets you can only go up. Let’s say you are at preset 2 and want to go back to 1. You have to go up to 20 before it goes back to 1. Nineteen clicks. The display is only visible from certain angles.

Very Impressed
This little radio/mp3 player is great! It gets in a FM station I've never been able to get in very well at all in my house. It gets that station in perfectly with its supplied antenna. It connects to a cheaper mp3 player with its 5.2 Blue tooth without problem. The sound is excellent, loud, and not tinny sounding; just the right amount of bass. Very compact. People are saying they have a hard time reading the buttons, yeah, maybe at 4-feet away, but up close they're very readable, and I wear glasses. The light makes a great night light. For the money it's quite a bargain, and I've had a few of these in my 63-years of walking this mortal coil.
