Can work with small wire

Yes! DAE P153-200-S KIT can work with small wire. Please refer to 5th picture. A licensed electrician will connect hot wire A, B (22 AWG) from breaker to VA, VB of the meter. Does this measure both Kw usage and Demand ?

Yes! DAE P103-200D-S KIT will measure both kWh usage and Demand.

Is there an ongoing cost to use the dae cc2030 gateway and generate reports?

The ongoing cost to use the DAE CC2030 Gateway and generate reports is very low, just $2.5 per year per meter, since there are huge customers worldwide to share the maintenance of the Cloud Server.

Can this be reset it to 00

No, DAE P103-200-SKIT cannot be reset since it is a revenue grade meter. Revenue grade meter will prevent someone who is being billed with the meter from resetting the data and so not being charged for their full usage. The meter just works like a classic meter - the reading is cumulative.
