I love this bag, great size and looks great with all the zips. However the outer zips are more for show and don't work properly.

Bought this bag for work as my old one literally fell apart after years of..... working on route. IT. HOLDS. EVERYTHING, I even have enough height to put my water bottle in it and enough room inside the main compartment ( yes with all the zip pockets full) to put my lunch for work. What surprised me is the belt on it actually works, you can tighten it up or loosen it off. Very good quality inside and out, very robust, handles are nice and thick not going to cut your fingers off or shoulder. The zips appear stiff when first using them but loosen up with use. No downside to buying this bag.... unless it doesn't suit your style.
