I was extremely skeptical that any of these things would help with my plantar fasciitis, I was to the point of having to drag my foot at times because the pain was so intense. I am blown away by how well everything works. I have a bit of trouble with the gel supports because they are squishy but I LOVE the compression socks and black heel supports. I am able to walk like normal and feel ZERO pain...ZERO! The price for the quality is great in my opinion. I have only had this stuff for 1 day and HAD to write my review because I am amazed at the relief I have. I don't know if this will work as well for others but for me this is a game changer!

REVIEWThe socks aid in blood circulation, helps in decreasing muscle fatigue and helps with injury. Since they are multi compression layered they provide different pressure in various areas of the foot. As for those unwanted odors, the socks reduce sweat and can be worn for long periods of time. They relieve foot pain, jogger's heel, edema, Achilles tendonitis and other problems with the feet. They are also good for sports, as a second layer of protection. My feet usually ache by the end of the day and since I have Lupus the tops of my feet get sore often and compression helps relieve the pain. I like that these compression foot sleeves have open toes because my feet get hot fast and this helps prevent it. These compression sleeves are very comfortable and not too tight or itchy like other compression socks I have used in the past.* I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I hurt myself a couple months ago running and have never fully healed. U decided to wear these last night while sleeping and today while running and I must say this made the biggest difference! I feel like I can run without fear of causing further damage! It's very sturdy and heavy duty material it's made out of as well!
