Delicious and Easy
Find this to be an easy and tasty option for a quick meal, and it’s a nice way to sneak in another serving of vegetables. It tastes great as far as cauliflower crusts go. I followed other reviewer’s advice and made sure to let the oven fully pre-heat as well as baking it for a few minutes before adding toppings to avoid any sogginess. Loved it with arugula pesto, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, feta and kalamata olives. I personally think it would work better with veggies than trying to go the red sauce meat cheese route just because the cauliflower has a vegetable taste, but that would not stop me from trying it the other way. I will definitely buy this again, keeping a few in the freezer on hand for a quick and nutritious meal..

Yes
A lot of these cauliflower crust products taste like egg, this one doesn’t. It actually has a pizza crust taste.

Great option, but
Great option for a healthy pizza, but the crust is very, very thin and much smaller than regular size pizza

Gluten-Free Pizza Experience
I've been craving pizza (used to get it quite often at work), and wanted to try to adhere to a non-grain diet.It tasted like and had a similar texture to a regular pizza crust which satisfied my cravings. I just had to make my own pizza sauce, add toppings, and bake.I only gave it 3 stars because the flavor was ok and bland, not stellar. Perhaps the bland flavor was intentional so that it might appeal to all.

One of the best Gluten-Free Crusts
My 7-year-old is gluten-free and a picky eater and she approves of this crust. It's a good crust. Very comparable to non-gluten-free thin crusts.Make sure you pre-heat that oven, and I leave it in for a lot longer than the 5-6 minutes they suggest on the box. Otherwise it would be way too soggy (assuming you're using any kind of sauce with it).I give it a few minutes in the oven without any toppings, and then add the sauce/cheese and let it go 10 minutes or however long it needs for the cheese to bubble and brown. The crust ends up appropriately crisp.

Easy Peasy Delicious!
I've been staying inside due to COVID-19 and preparing every meal for 4 weeks. Trying to stay healthy during the process and be creative. I topped with olive oil, pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, spinach and low fat mozzarella then 8 min in the oven. I like my pizza crisp on the top so I set in on broil the final seconds. Viola! The tastiest pizza I've had in a long in a while. I'm ordering more to experiment with different toppings.

Terrible!
I really wanted to like this, because the ingredients are clean... but this pizza was lopsided, had little taste and the crust was not even close to being crispy after being cooked at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. As soon as I tried to cut it, it made a gooey mess and the cheese slid right off the pizza and the rest of the crust crumbled apart. I had no choice but to eat it with a fork and clean up a gooey cheese mess in my oven. I would give this ZERO stars. Whole Foods really did themselves a disservice by discontinuing my favorite brand. I will shop elsewhere for pizza, as I have tried a few others with similar results.

My favorite pizza alternative
This is my new favorite pizza crust. I no longer have to order a pre made unhealthy white flour fattening guilty pizza .With this pizza , I get my glutathione levels up and its the best texture of pizza I’ve ever had! Yes, all of the other ingredients matter , but the fact that now the whole entire pizza is lean makes everything better plus it takes so much work to even attempt to get the recipe for this right bc of the amount of water in the cauliflower. This pizza crust saves me so much time . Thank youuuuuu!
