It tastes good and it’s soothing
Not strong tasting, would have liked it much better if it was, but generally Speaking it is a very nice tea. Sometimes I mix it with another tea.

Love the flavor (especially the date flavor), the ease, the quantity, the individual packets, & having a healthier/caffeine free alternative to regular coffee or tea. The only negative is that there’s not an even healthier sugar-free (hopefully Stevia) alternative. Actually good hot or cold…
