298400 Soft Silicone Tape, 1-1/2" x 59" (Limited Edition)

Really works on making scars less noticeable.

This Mepitac 298400 Soft Silicone Tape, 1-1/2" x 59" (Limited Edition) is the Scar Tape my Dr. provided me with originally. I wanted more of this, but didn't want to pay the high price the Dr's office charged.I tried a different brand because there was twice as much tape. Don't do that. Your Dr. gave you this brand for a reason. It lasts longer, and doesn't cause irritation.I highly recommend this brand of scar tape.

The brand recommended by my surgeon. Adheres well and can be washed and re-used. Too bad I had to buy a 5' long roll. So far, have been reusing the same piece five days and nights each week for three weeks.

This is the only tape I have found so far amongst much trial and error that does not cause an allergic reaction while using my Dexcom G7

My surgeon at the Mayo Clinic suggested I use this following breast reconstruction. I have a history of producing very thick, rigid scars. I wore this every day for 3 months and my scars are flat and disappearing. Don't mess with any other brand. This is the best.

This was the second time I ordered this product from this vendor. The box was mangled both times. I don't believe it was packed well. Inside product ok but package never closed properly and made storage difficult.

I have had a lot of health issues since 2015 and some of the things that helped me, made changes in my body. A couple of drugs I had to use made my skin so thin, the white paper tape would pull off pieces of skin when they were removed. Not to mention other products they used on me like Tegaderm that they put on IV sites. Could not get it off without taking skin and without a lot of adhesive remover.This tape can be cut to size and reused for a number of times. It really sticks, but without worry of skin tears. Highly recommend it.
