I simply had to try these suckers by Chupa Chups. I am wild about their puzzles, and some of the puzzles by PieceRelax refer to these Chupa Chups suckers. The suckers are delicious. They are not like most suckers. We all noticed they have a bit of a texture to them. Most suckers are smooth, but these have a really minute texture to them. When we came across a bubble in the sucker (just a few of them), it did't get that sharp, almost tongue cutting edge. Even when we bit into it and had those little pieces in our mouths, they don't have shape edges that threaten to cut the roof of our mouths or tongues. It seemed as if as soon as we noticed an edge, it was gone, smoothed over. I don't know what the difference in production is for their suckers compared to others, but we like it! We like the plastic sticks too. There's a hole in the top of the stick, and we thought it would be to make it whistle, but apparently not. They do, however, have some suckers, made differently than these, that the stick does make the sucker whistle, and I'll be ordering those shortly. These are flavorful throughout and very enjoyable. Always a favorite of my children, Chupa Chups still lives up to their reputation for flavor and for lasting a long time.Did you know that the logo for Chupa Chups was designed by Salvadore Dali? In 1969, Dali hastily scratched out the iconic design in one hour. He insisted the round logo be placed at the top of the lollipop to insure it's visibility. Love it!

If you are using these for crafts, be prepared to remove bar code stickers off of each and every pop. The stick portion is only 2.5 inches.

These are very yummy. But. The pops are very small, and considering what they charge for 4o small pops, I don't think they're worth the price. Yummy to be sure, I heard so many people rave about how absolutely delicious these were. I figured it's worth trying them even though they cost more than I would normally pay for lollipops. I mean, it's candy, folks. I figured I try them. They're are definitely good, the flavors are awesome. But, sorry, not worth $14.
