Durable
I've been traveling since 2020 and I've used and owned 2 of these and I love them. Easy to clean small and compact with the handle! Lids serve as a utensil hold as well as a lid! Overall great product and will continue using them.I've traveled all over from Canada to the swamps of Louisiana using these pots and they will last.

Great Pan that will do the job
Its been on a couple of my trips so far and i have ran into no issues. The pan is light and for the money, im convinced you cant get better.

It belongs in your kit
Having used the Stanley Fry Pan almost exclusively for more than 2 years, tri-ply constructed, thus weighing in at 24 ounces, the PathFinder SS folding skillet is significantly lighter, 14 ounces without the substantial lid which is a component that Stanley does not provide. I prefer the weight of the Stanley pan over PathFinder's but it has a weak point: the bracket that houses the folding handle is spot welded, and after two years of continuous use it finally failed. This type of failure is impossible with the PathFinder for it is triple-riveted and thus very robust. The PathFinder also heats and cools far more rapidly than the Stanley pan, which conserves fuel. The lid is precisely sized and heavy which allows for dutch oven style use of the pan.

Good Light Pan.
It's light, but I was impressed with the quality compared to the Stanley Wildfare Pro series.I guess it depends on what you are looking for; since I would never bring the Stanley pan on a hike. The bottom is thin, so I can see hotspots forming if you use a small flame. I decided to go with the Stanley frying pan since it had a triple layer on the bottom for more even heating.

Replaces my MSR fry pan
I needed a replacement for the fry pan in my nesting MSR cook set. The Pathfinder is a perfect fit with a handle that folds below the pan allowing the rest of the pots to nest into the fry pan. This is the third fry pan i have purchased, i sent first two back because the handles did not fold under the pan and had to be stored separately making them incompatible with the cook set.The order arrived quickly, and the product is of nice quality. if you have a backpacking MSR nesting cook set with a warped fry pan this is a good replacement......

8 Inch Nest with Trangia 27
8 Inch Nest with Trangia 27 perfectly and securely using the original strap. Workd well (not perfect) with the potholder arms out.The quality of the pan is well above its price point. Since I chose to nest this with the 27, I store the lid elsewhere.I’ve used this several times and have had no issues with sticking or cleanup afterwards. Just follow good procedures as shown on many YouTube videos.

Very good performer for careful use.
I bought this to make my camping kit more compact. I like the double bottom for heat distribution, and the lid fits about right. The handle has a slight amount of movement when fully locked but not bad and fully functional. I have been experimenting on my portable gas stove and this is easy to cook with. This is NOT a nonstick pan but with some pre-seasoning (like with cast iron) and careful cooking on low to medium heat and some fat, I have cooked eggs that slid right out and a paper towel wipe to clean. This heats up fast so high heat is not necessary and will make food stick.

Quality
Although I've only used it a few times so far I can tell that it is a quality pan. The handle is sturdy and the locking mechanism works well. The bottom is double layered and distributes heat pretty well. I haven't burned anything in it yet but it is easy to clean. It is a perfect size pan for camping with 2 too 4 people or more, but you would need to cook have to cook in batches. It does come with a lid which is very nice but it does throw off stacking with other pans. On two occasions I used the lid as a lid and then a plate! So maybe I'll just pack the lid separately!
