The unit works OK except for the alarm that goes off even on a slight power fluctuation. The dip sensors wire were very short so a lot of care is needed when connecting to another wire. I had to solder and use a glue gun to fully seal the joints. My previous oneI had sensors that had screws instead of the short wires, they better fit the purpose

The media could not be loaded. It shows water level but the noise is so irritating don't know whether I received a defective item...

Easy to install. Sensor cable is only 1 ft so you need to my 7 core cable from tank till display unit. I used cat5 cable and it works fine. when water reaches the top sensor led 7 is lit with audible alarm. alarm turn off automatically after 30 sec.

This is a very low quality product. It stopped working in 3 months. Sensors sent with it had small wires which forced us to purchase additional long wires as raw wires transmitted current. This is very bad marketing trick by seller. There was a risk of electric shock transmitted through water if raw end came in contacts. Sensors stopped working in 2 months. Anyways this product is a rebranded one originally available on other ecommerce website. So had no hopes for long term usage.

I got this to replace a 5 level, i do electrical projects, and still haven't gotten this working yet. Issue is the sensor leads are only 3-4" long. So you have to assemble your own cable and make sure the contacts are water tight, otherwise it connects while filing due to splashing. Would be better if each sensor had enough lead wire to reach to top of the tank to make easier to install.

No more overflow since i installed this device. Now i can save plenty of water. Thankyou

Delivered on 1st Nov 2023. Used till date, 4 months 15 days over. Now it is not functioning. Warranty is for 1 year. How & whom to contact for procedure to sent the instrument back for rectification or exchange.?
