Paneangeli Lievito Pane Degli Angeli Yeast - 10 count

I used this for years in Europe. The baking powder flavour is much reduced compared to conventional brands available in supermarkets.

This yeast is perfect. The only issue I had that it came completely crushed so I had to throw it away and couldn't use it. But I have used it many times while living overseas

I love this Italian baking powder. Each envelope contains a tablespoon of powder. It also has a vanilla flavor that will be very familiar to most Italians.Only downside is it is expensive on Amazon. My local market sells it for about $2. for a box of ten envelopes in their 'International" section (so corny in modern America). Only bought because I had to do a lot of baking and market was sold out.

I purchased this to make an Orange Cake Recipe from Christina's Cuchina. It is amazing, smells wonderful and the homemade cake is delicious.

Baking and cookies gives such a pleasant flavor!
