Could use a few design tweaks, but good protection.
It would not hurt to make it a bit bigger. I am not a pencil neck. It barely fits on my 18.5 inch neck. You could also make slight improvements on the structural design for a more comfortable fit. I am glad I got it. Do not need my thyroid baked. Thanks

The smell is terrible
The shield arrived with a very strong smell. It’s such a strong odor that I’ve been unable to even try on the product because I don’t want to bring it near my face. Yes, The smell is that overpowering. It has been “airing out” for a few days now but it hasn’t seemed to help. I’m hoping that with time the odor will dissipate but for now I’m not pleased with this purchase so far.

Smells horrible!
I have no idea what is it, but this thing wreaks. Even my husband who isn’t sensitive to smells is appalled by this thing. I’m embarrassed to take it to the dentist with me and wouldn’t want it touching my skin. I tried airing it out and it didn't help. I’m returning this…super gross. It smells like a combination of cigarette smoke and the strongest perfume you can imagine.
