Masterclass Kitchencraft Baking Mince Pie Pan For 12-piece, Grey, 32 x 24cm

I used this tart pan with a parmesean crust. Cut with 3 1/2 inch ripple edge cutter. Pressed into bottom and around top of tart, pricked the bottom, and then placed the Masterclass tart tin with holes on top and blind baked. Supper easy and no fuss for perfect tart shells.

Wanted a 12 hole tin for making Yorkshire puddings as an American muffin tin doesn't work well for me. This came quickly, was nice and heavy/sturdy and had worked beautifully for me.I think it will be perfect for jam tarts too.

I was looking for a baking pan for making traditional UK style Christmas mince pies and this one is fine.Some pans are too deep/wide and more suited to muffins.It seems good quality and not flimsy.

This isn't flimsy Chinese junk. It's well made, sturdy and truly non-stick. It IS very shallow, maybe a third of U.S. cupcake pans, but if that's what you need, this is a fine product.

I ordered two sets of these tins as a Christmas gift for my husband, who is British. He has been struggling to make mince pies with American muffin tins, which he says are too deep. His mother has the same problem making yorkshire pudding when she comes to visit. I found these tins online and read a ton of reviews from other British folks in the United States, and these seemed to be just what I was after (even though the official title of the product doesn't mention mince pies). When I got them, there is a label around them that indicates the tins are for making buns, cupcakes and mince pies, so I made the right call. And the manufacturing information shows the company is in Birmingham, UK. Double bonus! He was so surprised when he opened the gift, and said these are just like the ones his mother has, so he is looking forward to making a new batch of mince pies the right way. I didn't realize British cupcakes are shallower than ours as well, so he's excited to try making his style of cupcakes too. I, on the other hand, am looking forward to his mother using them for yorkshire pudding when his parents come to visit this year! Yum!

I have been looking for a flat based pan to replace some that are now old and not in good shape, I am going to give these a try, although they are not quite a deep as what I am use to.They are well made and look to be suitable for what they are intended.

Has a nice weight to it, extremely easy to clean. Had never made mini mince pies before and they turned out great!

Seriously, this has to be the best! The quality is very impressive. Such a simple item wonderfully manufactured!The polar opposite of all the cheap trash that is marketed.

Lourd et épais donc ne se déforme pas. J'ai testé pour les mince pies. Très peu profond donc le format est surtout parfait pour les tartelettes. Qualité fantastique. Teflon excellent. Même pas eu à graisser avant utilisation et le démoulage était parfait. Rien n'a collé. Pareil pour le lavage. Le sucre caramélisé s'est décollé avec un chiffon après deux minutes de trempage dans l'eau. Super achat. Je recommande et je rachèterai cette marque à l'avenir.
