Mini Projector with WiFi

See similar product in friend's home, some envy. So I found this product and ordered it. Amazing to me: Amazon's logistics is so fast, it can be delivered in a day! Also, the product is good, pure white, very fashionable, and there is a 20 dollar discount. According to the instructions, I checked: the iPhone / iPad / notebook (no one uses Android phone, so I didn't check whether Android is suitable) can be connected to the projection normally. The response speed is very fast, and the volume is also large. At first, I thought the mobile phone sent it out. Now we have used and projected it on our own walls, completely replacing TV, and will not compete for TV watching. It's really practical for families with multiple children. The image quality also looks bright and undistorted. It is estimated that the image quality will be improved when it is projected on the white cloth (it is highly recommended that you buy the white canvas - of course, if the seller comes with the white cloth, it can save the buyer's time and energy, and the experience will be better). The equipped remote control can also work well. The noise of the machine operation is so small that it can be ignored. The heat dissipation function is also good. After watching a 90 minute movie, there is a little heat, but it is not hot. It is acceptable. Finally, we need to pay attention to another point: the front lens must not be touched by hand, especially children! When you are finished watching and intend to cover the lens, remember to put the lens back, otherwise the cover cannot be pressed back.

I received the product and the user manual said that it is not suitable for business presentations! I was a bit disappointed. Then, I check the product and find that some pixels details are not shown when projected to 32" image. I almost wanted to return the product. But, I tried the setting a bit more, and find that lower contrast and lower brightness can actually lead to a better picture quality. I then tried to project the image to 176" and all pixels are shown when the contrast is set to 32; and brightness to 50. So, that is the trick for this to work as I desired. Now, I am happy with my purchase. The price is also very admissible. Be aware that this projector can't be used to show iTune Movies. I tried to play some movies (HD and SD) in my iTune Library, but the projector doesn't allow it. So, that is the down side. Anyway, this is not the purpose of this purchase, so it doesn't matter.

My only complaint about this projector is that due to whatever fancy video encryption, when I successfully connect it to my iPhone to stream movies and shows, it does not work. I wish Topvision was more explicit about this. Their advertisement and product page do not make this clear at all. I've now been informed that this is not a shortcoming of the projector itself and that all projectors will run into this issue. You will only be able to view unsecured/non-encrypted videos on YouTube if connecting to a smartphone. If you're looking to hook this up with your iPhone or Android smartphone and use Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, or similar services, you WILL run into this same problem. No matter what firmware updates, app downloads, or other troubleshooting you do, an official subscription video streaming service will not work. We even tried to play through the phone's browser rather than the official Netflix app, and still no dice. You will only be able to stream video with these services if you connect the projector to a laptop, Roku, Amazon Firestick, or some device that basically allows for encrypted video to play through external devices. The overall quality is great and it is very easy to adjust the screen size and focus in/out. Remote works very intuitively, even with you "aiming" toward the output and not the front of the projector. You won't see the picture if in broad daylight, as is the case with pretty much all projectors, but even a somewhat lit up room lets you see the picture pretty OK. Obviously the darker you make the space, the better the projector output will be. I don't find the fan too loud and it does have decent speakers built in that will play audio so you don't have to rely on a separate speakers or the speakers of your laptop. Basically recommend this to anyone who already has/plans to get a Roku or Firestick or a small laptop like a MacBook Air or Chromebook.

I love this projector! The price point was great, so I figured I would give it a shot. It exceeded my expectations for sure! Gives a great picture on a 10' screen in the backyard, and can also be mounted for indoor viewing. Very easy to set up and small enough that we even bring it on vacation for the kids. It is difficult to do it justice in the pictures, but that is a 10' outdoor screen and the picture is HD! Friends come over and are blown away by the backyard viewing experience. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an entry level projector that performs like a much more expensive projector. You will be the king of the neighborhood when everyone comes over for the next movie night!
