Will this flight sim configuration also work well with a racing wheel and throttle pedals for car racing sims? Or will you have to buy extra parts?

Yes it is possible. However, we suggest you buy the racing wheel upgrade kit. The point is not to have to unscrew your flight sim equipment all the time...with the extra parts you would just take out the flight sim pole/ plates with the yoke etc attached and replace with wheel mounting pole/plate wheel.

Very stable. Had no issues with it at all.

How much total weight will the stand support? Can it hold a 15 lb home made instrument panel assuming I securely mount it?

The stand should have no problem holding 15 lbs. It is well made and quite robust.

Can this hold the honeycomb alpha flight controls yoke & switch panel and the bravo throttle quadrant? i see a question for yoke from 12/9/19 about it

Yes, it can but you must purchase an upgrade kit to acclimate the Bravo. The upgrade kit will add another pole and plate just like the original pole/plate with the addition of another T bar to the original base. Please call or text 972-861-0140
