Actually the product is probably great - but I so resent having to pay for a new bottle and pump every time when they could sell a refill pouch for us - we have to buy it again and again and keep throwing away so much unused plastic. Get with it STRIDE !! Your product is over packaged as well as over priced.

I really rate this product. My cat, now over 19, has been getting slower and slower and suffers from arthritis. She also has a nasty habit of pulling her fur out over the areas she's feeling pain, so is very often bald over most of her back. The vet put her on Gabapentin, which worked to a point, but it made her permanently drunk and wobbly. I was worried that she'd fall off a surface and injure herself, so I tried Stride and within a couple of weeks the fur pulling had stopped and she was more lively. After speaking to the vet, we gradually phased out the prescribed medicine and she's now not using it at all, which is great, because a tiny bottle of Gabapentin was costing around £65 per month.
