I bought these because they were one piece and therefore would be better than my wood handle spatulas as far assanitary use. The wood handles get mold inside the head of the spatulas and I have to bleach the handles often.These are very too stiff, edges are thick and don't really work as a spatula should. I purchased these even with theirprice being much higher thinking that it would be worth the expense. It was not! Save your money and buy something much better for less money.

This spatula set is performing much better than I had expected. I trusted the America Test Kitchen review and chose the Di Oro 4 piece black spatula set. It works well when working with batters, stirring cooking vegatables, and folding in ingredients while baking. High heat while cooking has not fazed these spatulas at all. and cleaning is a breeze with the smoove service. No more crannies to clean out with a tooth pick, Great purchase, and I recommend these spatulas without reservation. dvane

The internal bars give them heft and stiffness, while the soft silicone conforms well. It's too bad that the price isn't lower - I'd buy a second set if they wereless expensive.

My favorite go to kitchen utensils! I use these for everything!May times I have had to step away from the stove quickly to work with little people and left the spatula in the pot. So nice to not worry about it or come back to a melted or very hot spoon!

What a joy to use.

I am an avid cook and baker. It seemed as if annually I was buying new spatulas. They would stain, handles would fall apart and on the two piece spatulas, it was impossible to clean inside the silicone piece where the handle was, and that was always disgusting! I bought the di Oro set of 4 spatulas and use them all every week. They always look clean (that's a huge thing for me!), are dishwasher safe (although I usually hand wash mine so I can use them again right away). and they are comfortable to use. It took me a few days to get used to the feel of them, but I would not use anything else now. I love the one-piece design. AND, they have a lifetime warranty. I had to contact customer service once and figured it would take days to hear from them, but that was not the case. So Di Oro's customer service is excellent too. I just got a set for my daughter and am waiting to hear how much she enjoys them too.-EF
