I keep buying this because it definitely helps to get more and better quality sleep! IT CAN HELP YOU GET TO SLEEP, or, just as important, GET BACK TO SLEEP when you awake to pee or from a noise or if you wake up cold in the middle of the night. It might not work if you are super charged up about something, or reading an exciting book, but under normal circumstances, it works great, and to me it is A BEDSIDE MUST. The older I get (in my 70's), it is harder to sleep for a longer stretch, and this product helps me have better sleep health.

30C vs 6x, love the product, I am so surprised more people are not aware of this. It does, for me, truly enables sleep to set in, when I lay my head on my pillow. I was confused about the 30c vs 6x and actually bought both. Using the 6x for now. difference is in dilution, which I didn't mentioned in the listing.If your having trouble falling asleep, I definitely recommend.

I was taking 5-15mg of melatonin a night and decided to try these instead. The melatonin was no longer helping. These you take 5 pellets and put under your tongue. Honestly, they take forever to dissolve, so I usually just swallow them. They have no taste and within an hour I am sleepy. Not groggy, but sleepy enough to go to bed. I am so glad I found these!
