*Update: 7/27/2017*Everytime I have planted these I have gotten a 90% germination rate. Which is very high.I can't speak beyond seedlings because I have yet to find a place in my home where my cat won't eat them! I can't germinate them outside due to it being to dry, windy, and 110°+ daily. I live in the desert.Seeds arrived today. 50 seeds as described. Planted 4 today in vermiculite/coir mix. Will see how they do.

I watch tons of videos on how to germinate them none of them germinate better but the plant for a lil bit more
