Are the Lulu sandals supposed to be so loose at the toe and upper part of the shoe?

The Lulu shoes I have bought do have open toe, but are not loose. The mid or saddle part of the shoe should not be loose! It must support your foot to stay in pace comfortably without being too tight or too loose. Too tight can constrict blood flow and cause swelling, dangerous; too loose and injuries can happen when your foot is left unstable, like slipping off unexpectedly and turning your ankle. This can cause a sprained ankle or even a broken bones. If the shoe doesn’t fit properly, return it. It’s presents a real danger. Fit Flops are great shoes but not if they don’t fit you correctly.

The ones that are toe posts are great for bunions but the sandals with straps that go across the toes and instep would put pressure on a big toe bunion.
