Works great!
I used this for socially distanced, masked rehearsals In a park. Our first attempt, before the mic arrived, was torturous. With masks and distance and ambient noise, it was exhausting to get attention, be heard, or be understood.This. Unit made it possible to do the work while maintaining safe distance.I wore the mic inside my mask. The sound quality is excellent. The controls on the wireless earpiece made it easy to mute or adjust volume when necessary. I didn’t play with the controls on the speaker much in rehearsal, but I was able to pair other devices via Bluetooth to play some musical examples. There is the option to wear the speaker unit or set it somewhere. I was working in a 50 sq. yd. space and never went out of range. The speaker fit in my overall or cargo pants pockets when I was moving around. This helped my singers/actors to locate me instead of just my voice coming out of a remote speaker on the sidelines. The speaker, like any speaker, needs to be pointing toward the listeners, especially in an open air setting.Battery life was excellent.

Adds good/easy reverb
I use a lapel mic with my NAF and this amp with the echo turned on when I want some reverb. It works really well, is portable, and easy to use.

Works great as an amplifier for Instructors in large areas
(I am only rating this unit as a amplified speaker for public speaking. I have not tried any of the other function this unit supposedly provides.)I am a corporate trainer and I provide weekly sessions in our large cafeteria/commons area. My audience is seated at tables in an area approximately 30ft x 30ft. I place this unit behind the people and have it facing me. It gets loud with all the other people coming & going. This little speaker does a great job allowing my audience to hear me over the noise of other people. I haven't even needed to turn it up that loud. The first unit I received was intermittently cutting out during and after Amazon's 30-day return policy, so I contacted the seller (ResponseBridge) with questions. I must say that I'm very impressed with how responsive they been with me and addressing my issue. Anytime I see things shipping from China, I'm always a bit leery. So I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional response & overall communication from the seller. With no questions asked, they offered to send me a replacement microphone. Later, on their own, they informed me that the package they had shipped had some problems in customs, so they went ahead and voluntarily had Amazon send me an entirely new unit. Color me impressed by their customer service!I am a big proponent of post-sale customer service. In this big sea of no-name sellers offering the same or similar products at super-low prices, I don't often expect much of the product nor of post-sales customer support. The only reason I'm even writing all this is because of how impressed I am. So now that I've given out the kudos, let me get into the nitpicking.- The unit has an Echo feature (dial), which is similar to the "reverb" feature found on stereos back in the 70's. I have no idea what it would be used for nowadays. Why would someone want to create an artificial echo of what's coming out of the speaker? *shrugging*- I just took another look at the pictures with the product listing. It lists a wall mount as part of the package. Neither of my packages included a wall mount. Not that I care...I didn't even know to expect one the first time around.- The unit is gloss black. Gloss black = fingerprint/grease magnet. If that kinda thing bothers you, keep a microfiber cloth handy.- The headset is actually two pieces as shown in my attached picture. Once the microphone is attached to it, getting it comfortable on your head is rather challenging since it's not adjustable at all. I find myself fidgeting with the placement of the microphone in front of my mouth throughout much of my presentations. But it's not a deal-breaker by any means. I haven't weighed it, but overall the entire headset is VERY light. So even without any adjustability, it's not entirely a hassle. Just expect to keep the mic close to your mouth.- The first unit I received didn't have any instructions, but I received a followup email with a link to a JPG "instruction sheet". I've attached that graphic to this review. In my replacement unit, I received an actual printed instruction booklet that was a bit more helpful. (See attached. It's all one booklet, but I took two picture to show front & back.)As I noted earlier, I haven't bothered to test the other functions of this headset. So whether or not they work well, or even as expected, I don't know. I'm only knocking this unit for one star because the headset is occasionally annoying. Other than that, at its current price of $98 USD and the exceptional customer service, I have no issues recommending this unit for professional speakers. $100 is a small cost incurred to have a professional presentation.

Only worked 1 time!
Very disappointed. We got this to use in a resthome setting. The first time it did fine and we were pleased with the result, the next time, there was no response. The unit was completely dead. We charged it but it did not charge. The unit is completely unresponsive. We have not dropped it or had it any where near water. It has been kept safe and secure and yet there is no life in it at all. It does not even charge.

Great for teachers in classroom or cafeteria
I loved the quality of the voice amplifier and the wireless headset is super user friendly. The battery life was great for a full day of teaching and reduces the strain possible with teaching all day. USB charging cable was super easy to use too. The volume level is is easy to adjust to the size of the room from the headset and from the speaker itself. This has been a tremendous asset in my classroom.

Decent but unspectacular product.
This is a fine product - not great. Not that powerful for outside. But it is easy to use and holds a charge pretty well. I would say it is ok to use inside in a modest side room, and unless you have a very small crowed outside, I would go with a different product.

The sound quality is fantastic!
I use this amp to sing. I'm a professional musician. I play at different nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The sound is extremely good for the size of the unit and it is very easy to control. The unit itself has a pretty long battery life, but the mic has to be charged each time I play. Not a problem for me, since I'd rather do that than fight with a cord on a corded mic or amp.

A teacher must!
Love!!! I use this with my 2 afternoon classes. It allows me to rest my voice at the end of the day. It also keeps my students on their toes. I hang the speaker at the front of the room as I walk around. They can't be sneaky with their cell phones because they don't know where I am in the room!
