Sturdy and lots of wire room
Very good box, and deep enough to hold the wires for multi terminal switch.

This box and the rotary switch are great
I was installing a solar/inverter system in our RV and this box and the switch that goes inside it were required for the install. The box is perfect size, has knockouts in the right palces, has screw holes and the cover is made to match up with the rotary switch.

Tight
It would be very difficult to use 8 or 6 AWG wire because the box is too small. I used silicone flexible wire and it worked .

Big but sturdy
Use it with a master switch for our AC inverter / Street power switch. Pretty big but works. Has standard 3/4 and 1/2 punch out holes to bring in the wires. Solid fitting cap which allows you to wire outside the box. Thought it was worth a review.

So sad that the space to work with is very tight. Had to drill holes in the box to get it to work...

Used with 40 amp switch
With recommended switch, makes for a very tight installation, well planned wire entry and connections required, and use of solid core wire is difficult.

The box was fair quality but too small for the number of wires attaching to switch .
