Great for stubborn buildup
This is the only shampoo I have found that truly gets rid of dry flaky scalp and scaly buildup. It is fantastic and smells great

great for thin, wavy hair
i have thin and wavy hair. average oiliness. i wash my hair about every other day. this shampoo is amazing. it smells really good too.

Shampoo is good, however shipping the bottle leaked all over.
The shampoo has a pleasant scent & makes my hair soft & clean. I didn't want to buy 3 bottles but I couldn't find one bottle for sale. The bottles are just put in a box without tape over the opening or a bag to contain any leaks. The box was quite wet and there was shampoo all over the bottles. I don't know if one leaked or they all leaked.I didn't return them because I figured I'd just get leaky bottles again.

I’ve used this shampoo for over a year and I love what it does to my hair. It doesn’t take much and the smell isn’t heavy nor perfumery. So seeing it on Amazon I purchased it. The company pack the 3 bottles in a perfectly sized box and it shipped well without any issues.

LONG TIME USER OF SOAPBOX
I’ve been using Soapbox brand for years. I was using the Tea Tree shampoo with the Bamboo conditioner, which I loved, but it’s difficult to find the tea tree shampoo. Now I mainly use the Charcoal shampoo and Bamboo conditioner (sometimes use Biotin shampoo). I have VERY long straight thin hair that can get greasy scalp and dry ends, but not anymore. My hair is very healthy and shiny, even despite dying, blow drying, and occasionally curling it. I’m making my husband use the Biotin shampoo to strengthen his long thinning hair. I also LOVE the Coconut Sandalwood body wash which I’ve been using for years. THANK YOU SOAPBOX

Product is great
The formulations of this product are spot-on. Everything from the viscosity, color, lather, to the rinse are all ideal. The scent starts off strong and by end of wash it lingers more softly. It's a traditional, raw, earthly coconut scent rather than that of a sweet baked good. Leaves the hair soft, tresses seem stronger, and the scalp moisturized, seemingly without stripping the hair of all of it's natural oils.
