The product quality is very disappointing, and the size is extremely small—you can’t even fit a pair of shoes in it. I don’t understand how this is supposed to be practical for gym use. I’ve been trying to return the product, but I’m only being offered a replacement, which is not acceptable in this case. This doesn’t seem fair, and I request you to please reconsider and allow a return instead.
