Lazy guitar
Now my lazy ass guitar can't just lay around the house all day. It stands in the corner taking in the room like a quiet sentinel. As the prophecy fortold.

Does not hold my ovation guitar
The body of my ovation guitar butts up against the rod of the guitar stand as it the part that supports the neck is too narrow. Since is don't like bare metal contacting the guitar, I gave two stars. This isn't the case with my other guitar stands. Does work with my other acoustic guitars.

Holds guitar and holds it well
This guitar stand is a bit different than the ones I am used to. I normally purchase the ones that hold with neck with a little "c" shaped holder. This was the cheapest one I could find and I'm cheap...but I'm not disappointed. It is weird in the way that it holds it. When I first used it, I thought it would fall over as it didn't seem too secure, but I have never had a problem. The only problem I had was when someone accidentally bumped into my head stock and the guitar fell off. If you're not clumsy, I don't see an issue. If you lightly bump into it, it'll be fine. If you accidentally elbow it hard like that person did well...it's gonna fall over. Personally if I bought another stand, I would buy the one that holds the neck too but this one isn't horrible.TLDR:Studiness: 4/5; holds the guitar and withstands light bumps. I tried nudging it and it seems fine. If you full on run into it accidentally the guitar will fall. That is probably a problem most guitar stands will have thoughEasy to install: 5/5; it just folds open and closed.Value for money: 5/5; for what I paid, it was super cheap. You can spend more on one, but they all do the same thing. If you're running tight on a budget, this stands isn't band.

Great product
Sturdy and folds up so flat. It almost fits in the case for my music stand (I just let it stick out a little). Why did I ever buy those little Fender ones? Because I didn't know they made these. They're as secure as you can get for something this size. But a bigger one takes up more space and you'd be more inclined to trip over it. I'd buy one again if (when?) I get another guitar.

Great for mid to light weight guitars
Update 10/9/19: I would not buy these wall mounts again. The weight of a mid-weight BC Rich is causing the bar that goes through the mount to sag. Now, there is a lot of "play" in the bracket.....about a 1/2 inch. the locking nut in the back of the mount is tight, too. I can move the bar up and down which causes me not to trust it.I already have two Hercules wall hangers but decided to try these based on reviews and them being less expensive. I'm comfortable putting our acoustics and Fender Starcaster in them. I put the Les Paul in one and even though it held it, the arm from base to holder is pulled down slightly more. For the LP, it doesn't seem as solid. I don't have any hesitation to put it in the Hercules holder. Both brands are in solid wood, not dry wall anchors, too. I used longer, thicker screws than what came with it as they seemed too light weight for my liking. I would buy again for mid to light weight guitars.

Not bad
This stand works really well..very sturdy..electric guitar sits in it solidly no fear of it falling over..my only concern is the areai where the back of the guitar meets the stand doesn't have much padding ,the prtective piece is very thin and is hollow (-1 star) i don't see or feel anything that would mark or scratch my guitar but it would be nice if it had a bit more cushion( might be able to glue some foam in the hollow place that rests against stand).. I like that it folds and can be stored easily..would.buy again

Great for acoustic and electric but not as good for bass
My acoustic fits great in this stand - love it for that because it's easy to carry to gigs (fits in a backpack). Tele, Strat and LP all sit nicely as well. However, I also play bass and my Fender Jazz bass isn't as comfortable in it; given its body shape and higher center of gravity, it's just not as stable as I'd like. 5 stars for what it says it accommodates and its portability, but if you're a bass player, you might consider a different solution.

Safe thicker tubes feel comfortable with protection
It's got a safer feel to it. The tubes have some thickness to it with strength. I've read other reviews of sightly cheaper priced ones where the strap that encloses the neck snapped, so I picked the 21 dollar rock jam up. That strap here is of great quality, and nice and thick. Unlike others I've had years ago, the U where the neck rests has got a nice a perfect cut out so the strap slips in and out with ease. Nice solid legs. Great protective material that will last The three position neck holder on top is ok, but I could have lived without the positional part. It snaps in fine. I keep it in the high position so I can easily carry it with guitar, with one hand (like I've been doing for years) which is why I don't like the A frame stands I want to take the stand from room to room. I'm happy

Good product with 1 huge flaw
The stand is nothing special, your guitar will look good on it. The materials are obviously cheap but that's expected for the price. What's not expected however is the sharp edge between the 2 padded arms. If you are not being careful when you leave or pick up your guitar, you will end up with a nasty scratch on the bottom of the back of your instrument. I can't be bothered returning this so I had to put a double sitcky tape (which is very soft) on top of the sharp edge. Unacceptable.

Auto latching guitar hanger BUT has a design flaw
When I first tried this guitar hanger it drooped by more than 5 degrees, see photo 1. Whilst the ample rubber padding prevented the instrument slipping forward into the auto-stops, this wasn't acceptable and is caused by a design/manufacturing flaw. This flaw doesn't hold the fixing M6 shank perpendicular to the wall block. This flaw was overcome by placing an M6 penny washer, see photo 2 ... not the most aesthetic solution although they look fine when painted black . It is annoying to have to modify to correct a flaw in a new product but at £5 each they represent good value, compared to the market leader, if you are prepared to do this simple modification.

WARNING: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FENDER TELECASTER HEADSTOCK
I'm sure the product is fine. It's entirely plastic so not ideal but meh.It would have been better had it been able to hold my Telecaster. Fortunately I spotted this and have decided not to use this product.

These are solid and secure guitar holders that will safely bear the weight of your heaviest guitar when properly affixed, and will do it with style. It's very well made, with good materials - the pin securing the guitar brace to the plinth is metal and the plinth itself is solid wood and rather gives it the appearance of a trophy rack. Do ensure that is is tightly affixed to the block however. Screws and rawlplugs adequate to the job are supplied. The rawlpugs are in fact pretty hard-core and should ensure that what they hold up stays held up!It also features impressive looking padding on the cradle, rather thicker than I've seen on similar products, affording great protection against scratches and dings . What I find particularly appealing is the automatic "locking" system that will secure the guitar in place when one rests it in the cradle, and automatically releases when you lift the guitar to remove it. You can see how this operates in the accompanying uploaded video. All in all this is a guitar cradle that is worthy of displaying your axes in style and security while allowing ease of access. And at under a tenner for a pair I'm impressed enough to have all my display guitars hung on these. p.s. For the most secure attachment, remember to align these vertically and ensure the longer side is at the bottom.

Good, but a few issues
Great designed guitar hanger, the only thing is that the metal thread is not very strong that holds the hanger to the wooden bracket, I unscrewed it so I could put the screws into the wall easier, then tightened up the hanger to the wall, and it was not straight, so I tried to get it straight and overtightened it, and it stripped the thread, I didn't force it, so be careful not to do this, resolved it by putting loctite into the thread and redoing the thread, hopefully it will be strong enough, apart from this a great product.* Update. After just two weeks, the rubber protection that holds the neck is peeling off, this product is not going to last long, and I fear it will damage three neck of my electric guitar, a pity as it originally looked a good product,
