As with all products, read the instructions on how to use. After applying as instructed and wearing a slimming belt, wait about 5-7 minutes. Before starting exercises targeting muscles in the area it is applied to. In my case, my abdomen, obliques, hips and waist. It has helped shed the fat from my core trimming down from 38.5 inch abdomen to 36 inch abdomen in just one week when paired with proper food intake and targetted exercise. This generates extra heat and sweat for about 40-45 minutes while exercising. You can not apply this, sit and watch TV and expect it to work miracles making you slim, it will only get slightly warm.

I love this product, but it came to me all melted and most of it was all over the outside of the box. I'm sure it was weather related which can't be helped, but the design needs to be updated. You would think you would just turn the bottom like chapstick and it would raise it up to use, but it's a mess. It does nothing. I have to play around with it every single time.

When I first found out about this product I was really excited to give it a try. My job requires me to be sitting at the desk for eight hours a day excluding breaks. I used to hit the gym as regularly as possible but cardio was never my thing. Losing the belly fat was really hard and you can’t exactly target belly fat without cardio. This product gets thing started, I apply them on my belly and they’ll sweat a lot. But after applying them, it’s not easy to wash it off my hands or after working out it’s not easy to wash it off my belly as well. You can still feel the oiliness from the product. I stopped using it after couple times, it’s a mess and too difficult to wash off. Can’t say for sure it’ll work, but it might with consistency.

Ddi not work as advertised. I used it each time I worked out with my waist trainer on. Also, the size of the jar is misleading about how much is acutally in the jar. Where my finger is marks the end of the jar. Lesson learned. Good thing is that it lead me to look for another product and I found one that works better. Hot Cream

I'm constantly buying this product cause it works, smells grate, good on skin , makes you really sweat ,and it's a grate value for the money
