The message is clear and repeated a number of times, depending on the tape length and the high contrast black on yellow ensures that even those with some visual impairment are alerted to the hazard. If this is being used at various locations, where a steel structure may not be available, then a pack of self-adhesive stell discs are the only addition necessary.
