So in other you need to clamp a tube that's 11mm when on the barb DO NOT GET the 11MM..... not to mention after the first time they were squeezed open with my bare hands for just a second the ID did not go back to 11mm.... mine went back to 11.72 ID... so the 11mm would be ideal for 12.5-13.5mm OD in my opinion. obviously the margin/% that they open up to is going to increase or decrease based on the size but it appears to be roughly 30%... so you might want to order at least one or 2 sizes smaller than measured diameter. Also its worth noting they are made of stainless, not spring steel so they are not going to perform as well as spring steel as far as returning back to the orginal size.
