I have a wrist sprain that I’ve been wearing a brace for, but sometimes I’m washing dishes or doing other things when the brace is in the way, but I still need support. I wear the tape under my brace so I can take it off if needed, and proceed with my activity. I can also shower with it and don’t change it for a few days!

Can’t recommend this. Had much better result with Theraband kinesiology tape, also from Amazon.

Sometimes I just feel my back is off, and I take the tape, pull tight and move on. I have to be careful I don’t put it too far over on my side as I have torn skin. I simply wouldn’t be without it.

It works nicely and effectively when on your skin but so painful to take it off when wanted.

La aplicación es pegar una tira desde el hueso calcáneo hasta el gemelo con una resistencia del 80% de la elasticidad total de la cinta. La calidad es muy buena y mantiene sus características, pero falla la adherencia a una piel limpia y seca. Con otra marca no he tenido problemas de despegues ni en la ducha.
