OTC Tools & Equipment 5900A-PLUS 53-Piece Master Torx Bit Socket Set

Have had this set for a few months now, and so far I'm very content with it, haven't had any twist or break on me. I swapped out a few of the bits with my Matco set, just due to the ease of warranty and took the spares home. I do use the torx plus sockets alot though. And absolutely no complaints, it's a durable and complete set for right around $100 you can't go wrong there.Will update the review if any break on be, or strip any fasteners.

OTC makes some good tools, and so far the ones I have are good items and reasonably well made for the price.

I have been a professional technician since 1974. Own and still use otc tools. This set will last under professional use. If this set doesn't have what you need then you're working on something that's not automotive related and would most likely looking for a specialty tool.

I am a certified mechanic and have an extensive collection of Snap On and MAC tools but neither offer a kit that is as inclusive as the one offered by OTC. I own some OTC tools and they are of good quality. Hopefully this kit lives up to that. I'll continue this review after some use.

Good tight fit on fasteners. No distortion. Finish is even. Stands up to torque.

I’m really impressed with this set, comes with everything except I wish it also had triple squares but the fact it has all kinds of torx I haven’t had a euro car come in I couldn’t service.The bits also fit nicely into the fastener, I haven’t rounded off any which my old Stanley bits sure would if I wasn’t careful
