The lights are great but two have stopped working and unable to get a refund

Purchased on the recommendations of other reviewers. All I can say is, give it a few months before writing a glowing review because yes, this lamp looks lovely, is lifelike, seems good quality etc etc when you first us it. Then it just stops working, won't charge either with usb cable or sunlight, and whaddayaknow, the 'Amazon return window' is shut and you're left with dud lamp that you can't return.I really think Amazon's 30 day return policy is unfair. It doesn't matter if something costs £20 or £500, an item that fails within three months of purchase is not fit for purpose. If Amazon was a brick-and-mortar shop, I'd be taking it back. Getting tired of this happening with Amazon items, will think twice in future before buying things without a stated guarantee. And no, I don't recommend this item.

We've its larger cousin and these as just as good.The main attraction for the TrueFlame is exactly in the name, you instantly recognise the dancing light as something very much akin to how a 🔥 licks and shakes around like a real flame. I'll add a small movie of this, maybe compare to other similar that just don't reassure you add much as this brand.These don't take much sunlight to give a show, laid them on a table behind a net as a test and come twilight they burst into life.Solid manufacturing standards and a simple single button to cycle through the settings; high brightness->off->reduced brightness.All the family love these, enhance a garden to another level...... Very realistic so thankful the a Fire Service haven't needed to make a false-alarm call-out!!!

Nice lights but one has stopped lighting up and recharging. I have replaced the battery but to no avail. Is it still under guarantee?

I loved this light this is the 2nd one in the family when someone new sees it they want one when charged do not worry if it does not come on put it outside and as the daylight fades when it is just before night it will come on . It's a great purchase.

I bought this in May 2023. It’s only been a year. It does not work anymore. During winter, I took it inside to make sure it was not exposed to the rain and cold. Now that summer is coming, I wanted to have it outside. I have try charging it but it still doesn’t work. A bit disappointed. I have four of these. The others seem to be going ok but just waiting for them to fail at some point.

I have purchased 4 of the lanterns. They are beautiful at night and are solar but can also be charged by USB in the winter....I have then a few years now and still going strong.

Lampe im April gekauft und heute defekt. Toll.Kann diese nicht mehr zurückgeben.Ist schon die 2te Lampe die in kurzer Zeit defekt ist.Lässt sich nicht mehr aufladen. Weder mit Solar oder USB.Ich finde es Traurig das die Kunden so behandelt werden. So eine Lampe sollte min 2 Jahre halten. Diese hat nur 3 Monate auf der Uhr und wird nicht mehr zurück genommen.Hätte die 30 Euro auch so beim Fenster rauswerfen können.Danke Amazon werde hier nichts mehr kaufen.

Die Fackeln machen ein sehr schönes Licht und schafft eine romantische Umgebung!Die Verarbeitung ist gut, aber bei dem Preis hätte ich es mir noch etwas hochwertiger vorgestellt.Aber wir wurden sie auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!

Absolut nicht regentauglich - Schalter oxidiert und somit lässt sich die Leuchte nicht mehr einschalten!
