The packaging alone was worth the review - and I never write them. It was in a box, in a styrofoam box, then sandwiched between foam, then FILLED TO THE BRIM with foam pieces. Even between the neon lighting for the cursive, and between the lights and the acrylic backing. Every bit of space was filled with foam. I feel like they could have dropped it from a plane and it would have been fine.The lighting itself is just as expected. I had to shorted the chain a bit but you can pull the link apart with pliers to remove a section.Overall a fantastic buy

This product is great! It's super lightweight and comes with hanging hooks, so it's easy to install/hang from a window or ceiling (check your clearance as it can't be installed flat against a window (to see from the outside) and will need about 1.5" inches of clearance space for depth. Note that the neon light is white but the cord is black. Since I was installing mine against a white wall, I covered the black cord in white electrical tape so that it would disappear against the wall. Also check the cord length to ensure that you have a enough room to plug it in. It has a convenient on/off switch as well. Overall, a great product!
