Love this sponge! The grooves on the side I use to produce small curls on my twa (teeny weeny afro) really helps to coil my hair. It's soft, and the opposite side with the circles is the perfect size (diameter of circles). This is the best one thus far. Because I use gel, I replace these often, as the sponge does wear down. Try this if you're a frequent user of this hair tool.
