The roller is definitely premium quality. The seller has 2 colors option and I went with the pink jade roller over the green roller. The metal is plated with rose gold color, not regular silver or yellow gold color, which matches perfectly with pink color stone. I love how heavy it feels in my hand which makes it easy to control the speed and pressure when I used it. I like to keep it in the fridge inside the holding box when I’m not using because the cool feeling helps calm my skin down and adds pleasure to the experience. I use this after my daily skincare serum and I can feel it help the serum absorb much deeper into my skin (I also use this roller to massage a sheet mask essence into my skin). I have deep smile lines and forehead wrinkles but after using the roller for 5 days, the lines and wrinkles were noticeable reduced!!! I was very satisfied with the results in such a short time!!! I just use a normal gentle press technique twice a day and roll against gravity along the face area. After finishing, I use soap water to wash the stone but I think just water is fine too.I don’t often leave reviews for a product but I really love this roller and was amazed by its benefits. Definitely worth the money. I rather spend 10 mins a day with this roller to have healthier natural skin, than spend tons of money to inject botox and have to put up with the pain and unnatural look. These tools play the introductory role into the world of gua sha for me. It's taking a minute to learn, but I gain proficiency with each use. Amazing lymph movement from the start, providing a great energy boost!I'm already considering purchasing additional gua sha tools in different shapes and thickness. But when u receive the item you regret the purchase . I HONESTLY and TRULY support this product. I purchased my roller on 3-16-19 I fell in love with it and bought another for a friend. I've had the jade roller for over two weeks now and I've been using it almost daily! It really does its job. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

I was suuuper excited to get this in the mail! As soon as I opened it up it looked like it was perfect but it has this black stain on the metal rim of the handle and it squeaks right out of the box.. the box opening had a bent mark on it so I'm worried that it's been opened and used before. I think The design is great and the rose quartz is beautiful though. The stain, squeaking, and used box look is putting me off.. Maybe I'll give it another go and get the jade stone roller instead..

Updated review: customer service sent me a brand new package, with a hand written card thanking me for my review and some instructions on how to fix the squeak of the roller. New product came perfectly packaged. Great customer service, thanks again. :)Super high quality, extremely squeaky which is kind of annoying, but tolerable for now. Unfortunately biggest complaint was that item arrived without free gift which isn’t worth returning for that alone. But if the squeak doesn’t go away it might go back for that reason. Going to follow directions and oil as stated and see what happens.

Pretty packaging and item. Put it in the freezer before using it. I used both tools on my neck and face. Heavy, good quality, and easy to use. However I noticed the corners of the roller (where the metal is attached to the ends of the jade roller) started to tarnish the very next day. I looked inside and it was black. I tried to clean it our with a qtip but it was gross. I decided to return the item :(
