Is there a method to applying the adhesive tabs?

I've been wearing press on nails for years and this is what I do...choose the size tab that's closest to your natural nail bed and after prepping your nail (rough up the surface and use alcohol pad to remove dust and oils) stick the pad to your natural nail. Then use brush on glue and brush the glue on the surface of the pad. Stick the nail to the pad and hold for 20 seconds min. The nails will last for a couple of weeks but can easily be removed since they aren't glued to your natural nails. Good luck.

To get these nails to stay on longer, prep your nails with alcohol to remove any oil from your natural nail. Buy a nail glue that brushes on and brush the glue on twice. Press the nail on your nail and hold down firmly for 30 seconds. They can stay on for 2 weeks or more as long as your hands are not in water for long periods of time. To remove your nails, put oil on them. You can use a cuticle oil, grapeseed oil, olive, or vegetable oil. Allow the oil to get up under your nail. You can start lifting it and removing it with a dental flosser. It is more gental on your natural nail. Ease it off all the way down your nail, using more oil if needed.
