They work...
Awesome traps, and highly recommended... I bought another 6 pack of traps from Amazon and ended up returning them after a few weeks because I was adding bait (peanut butter) daily, but not catching any mice. I think I caught 1 in that month... These traps are extremely close design to the other traps, and just as easy to "set" but I haven't had to put more bait in since getting them almost 3 months ago and I have caught about 10 mice in that time. My neighbor was also having issues and bought the old fashioned wooden ones, and the mice were stealing her bait too. That shocked me because growing up, I remember that they always worked great, but I hated "setting" those traps and wanted this easy to "set" style. I haven't caught any in a few weeks, so I gave her one of mine to try and she caught 2 mice within 24 hours... I also haven't missed any mice, every time they have been "triggered" there was a mouse to dispose of... I definitely recommend these traps...

I love these traps.
I really like these mouse traps. They are so easy to use. I hated using the old wooden ones that fly across the room when it snaps shut when you are trying to set it. These are great, and in seconds they are ready to use again. After years of no intruders, I had a visitor in my shed stealing my chicken scratch. I set the traps and caught two mice, and that seemed to have solved the problem.

False description.
Ordered this item because it said detachable bait cup in the description. But there is NOT a detachable bait cup. When u read the directions in the box when u receive the mouse traps it says “ Put bait in the crib”. Very disappointed. That is why I do NOT recommend this item .

Didn't work.
These mouse traps caught only 3 out of 6 mice when set. The mice eat the peanut butter and leave a sprung broken trap. They break easily and 3 out of 6 could not be used again because they broke after an unsuccessful first try. I am going to try again with the old style mouse traps and hot glue a peanut to the trap and put peanut butter on top. Maybe that will do a better job. These are expensive in the first place and with only a 50% chance of working they are not worth the money.

Did the job
Got the mouse that was hiding in my basement the second night. It closes really fast, almost scary! I put peanut butter in the hole as bait. Bait was a little difficult to get out but I put the trap in the dishwasher which did the trick.

Did the trick
I live in the country and have to deal with mice from time to time. I always just used the standard small wooden traps and tossed them pretty often. Decided to order these a few weeks back when I saw droppings. Set two the first night and sure enough the next morning there was a mouse in one. Easy to use and not too bad to clean. I use peanut butter so was a little messy but not bad. No more mice for now.

Trap worked but I will never use it again...
While this trap worked I will never use it again. I caught 3 mice but 2 of the 3 were alive (barely). The traps didnt seem very strong when I set them so I was actually concerned this would happened and it did. One of the traps ended up 5 feet away from the place I set it so the mouse had struggled a great distance. It may seem silly since Im trying get rid of them but I dont want to torture them...

Best traps so far - and I've tried a lot
These are the best snap traps I've ever tried. We've had the victor wooden traps out for a while, I bought these when the victor traps kept showing up empty even though the bait was eaten. I've also tried the electric traps which the mice tend to avoid. These traps are super easy to set, empty, and are very sensitive!
