The reason I bought this was I developed serious inflammation and stiffness in my hip, upper leg joints on my one leg and knee pain. I have a job where I’m at the computer many hours a day. I was taking Motrin but it wasn’t helping much as all. I felt pain getting up and even steps I felt that in my hip and leg joint. It is always hard to judge if a supplement works well. Based on the description, it is a good product and easy to absorb. The only downside is the pills are big so if you are not good at swallowing big pills, you should take it by itself and don't combine with a few other pills.

This works great on your joints, it helps relieve pain in my knees when going up and down flights of stairs constantly.

I started this product in Dec. It is good. I subscribed for a monthly delivery and savings. After 1 month, the company sent an email saying the price was going up by $3/month. Feels like a bait and switch.
