Free delivery.Cons= not pre-cut, quite small, print not very bright, you need very good eyesight & a very sharp small pair of scissors to cut these out so they don't look crappy on your cupcake.Would I recommend- maybe, would I buy again- probablyI needed 48 toppers, I have bought from seller before, but I feel this time the images were quite blurry & not very bright!However, if cut out neatly, they do add a little something to your cupcakes!
