How to properly use this shampoo
I LOVE this shampoo! I’ve found it’s not something you can use everyday for your hair because it’s a root wash. So if you’re someone who NEEDs to wash their hair everyday (which isn’t good for you btw) don’t buy this product. But if you’re someone who washes it every other day or every two days this is the shampoo you need! Your hair needs to be semi oily for it to work. Once you wash your oily hair it will definitely leave your hair nice and clean and gives sooooo much volume! Seriously ... BUY THIS!

Best Shampoo for frizz hair
I love the smell and smoothness of my hair after I use this shampoo. You should definitely try this if you have dry and frizz hair.

Great Shampoo that's discontinued
This shampoo was was the best for oily hair with sensitive skin. For some stupid reason the manufacturer suddenly discontinued ir.

Horrible smell!
I couldn’t even try it because it smelled so bad. Whatever fragrance they use is awful. I didn’t want my hair to stink.

I saw a much more $$ charcoal shampoo that led me to look into charcoal, but I am super happy that I got this one because it works so well. I have fairly healthy hair and it doesn't get really gross really fast, I just wanted to get something that would better get any residual dry shampoo off my scalp and help my wash last. I am really impressed with how light, soft, and shiny this leaves my hair. I shampoo with this, a second shampoo, then conditioner and if I use dry shampoo my wash could last a week. It cleans without feeling like it stripped my hair and I would have thought that making it more shiny would mean it got oily faster, but it doesn't. Haha at first I thought "Well heck they will put charcoal in anything I guess" but it's legit, I am really happy I got this.So technically I bought this at Target, but I really wanted to review it and I did buy it

Good quality hair care
My daughter uses this shampoo and although she prefers the other Pantene Charcoal brand, she tells me this one is good enough.
