This poor little llama basically had a broken neck due to the way they sent it. Once I released it from the packaging it took a long time to come "back to life" and then it's head was too floppy. I am glad I didn't have this shipped directly to the gift recipient as this would have been a most unattractive gift to receive. Too bad because once it decompressed it was pretty cute (except not a sturdy neck anymore).

Loved this!! Bought for my daughter. It's well made, soft, & adorable. Not small, but med sized.
